Cardiff Conservation Volunteers

Join CCV Sunday 13th May to help open up and clear footpaths for Coychurch Community Council! The plants are rampaging across the footpaths of Coychurch, and it’s our job to keep them at bay with an array of tools. Bring bramble-proof trousers!
*****You can join us by ringing/texting 07450700214*****

(RSVP-ing on meetup doesn’t guarantee a space unless you ring/text that number first!!)

NOTE! Do phone the leader or email in advance so we can make sure there’s enough space as not all of our members are on Meet Up. Tina Giblett is leading the task.

PLEASE only RSVP if you are certain you can attend and let the leader know if you cannot make it for whatever reason as seats on the bus are limited and you would be denying another volunteer from coming out on task!

If you are already a member you can access the programme through our website and find out more information about who we are and what we do:

What to do and bring:

• Book with the relevant leader – Seats on the minibus are limited

• No experience necessary – All training is provided

• Outside Cardiff Museum at 9am or outside the warden centre at Forest Farm in Whitchurch.

• It is possible to use your own transport and meet on site if easier but please confirm with the leader first

• Wear suitable outdoor clothing, sturdy boots and/or waterproofs

• Bring a packed lunch – We will provide the hot drinks and biscuits. Cake may also be provided!

Hope to see you soon!
